[CCMG-Announce] Reminder to report volunteer hours

I was shocked when I went in to see where I left off reporting my 2017
hours.  On the total activity sheet, there isn't any 2017 place to report
any.  So absolutely nothing is showing for me for 2017.  Does that mean
there is no record of anyone's 2017 activities?  Sure hope not.  I saw the
new page for reporting.  That will take forever.  Could we just have our
old system back.
