Hello Ava,

I was at the Urbana Farmers Market this last Saturday and talked with Mike Lyon from the Illinois Extension Master Gardeners group.  He mentioned your name to me and said I should contact you about sending information on a study I am conducting to all of the Master Gardeners group.  I have attached a document that explains the study and provides a link to the surveys that are part of the study.  Briefly, the study is looking at tick and tick-borne disease exposures within Champaign and Piatt counties.  We are specifically looking for dog owners for the observational part of the study but you do not have to be a dog owner to take the initial survey.  The goal is to have 2000 initial surveys completed and 640 follow-up surveys completed (this means we need 640 dog owners to complete the survey).  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need any more information.  I would appreciate any help you are willing to provide.
