representative of this effort in the <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">United States</st1:place></st1:country-region>. Together they have institutionalized a process to help communities prepare for upcoming demographic shifts with regard
to older adults. This process involves organizing community stakeholders to evaluate, plan, and implement strategies to improve the lives of older adults in our community.
