Senate had appropriated $430 million in additional GRF for the FY2012 budget in
a capital spending bill. The bill included an additional $200,000 for
home delivered meals for FY2012. The House did not concur but the Speaker
called for a conference committee and named conferees. The Leaders in
both chambers are negotiating the capital bill this week and the decisions will
most likely be made on Friday, June 10.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
