made about what Programs will be eliminated and how those Programs that are not
eliminated will be funded. It is imperative that the
legislators hear loud and clear that eliminating Illinois Cares Rx or scaling
it back so much that it does not provide sufficient assistance is
unacceptable. In this environment, nothing is secure.
But, if legislators are continually hearing that a certain Program is
important, it is more likely to remain.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
