allow the state to borrow funds to pay amounts currently owed to vendors and
service providers. As you are aware, the state is 6-7 months behind in
payments owed to Family Service for services we have been providing to our
clients since July 1, 2010. Currently the state owes us approx.
$250,000. It is essential to our ability to pay our staff and keep
providing services to our clients that the state pay us soon. I urge you
to contact our legislators to ask for their support of Senate Bill 3. A
template is included in the e-mail below, if you find that helpful. I am attaching
a current list of state senators and representatives whose districts include

call to action. I am writing to ask you to support Senate Bill 3, a debt

has failed to pay its bills - 'balancing' its books on the backs of its
vendors, health care organizations, and social service agencies.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

result of our state's failure to pay its bills, organizations around the state
are unable to make their payroll, have been forced to layoff employees, and

there is hope - and we need your help.</span></font></b></strong><o:p></o:p></p>

Bill 3 is a plan to <strong><b><font face="Times New Roman">immediately</font></b></strong>
