of the population as part of the Maturing of Illinois Initiative. We have

now. One issue that is moving quickly are constitutionally capped
spending limits. This would likely result in drastic contraction of
resources available for human services, education and other state funded
programs. So if you can include in your message to your legislator your
request for them to oppose constitutional spending limits. Also for those
of you that work with programs that keep people out of institutions it is a
good time to let them know that the state must take this opportunity to
rebalance its long term care system and allow for funding to move from
institutional settings to the community. Rebalancing is getting a lot of
attention now and we need to show as much support for it as we can. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
