training program for use by front-line employees of financial institutions, to
prevent financial exploitation of older adults. Financial institutions
would be required to make web-based training available to their front-line
employees. The bill also permits financial institutions to use their own
training program if it is comparable to the IDOA program. This bill will
help us deter elder abuse.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
