[SeniorTaskForce-News] Upcoming Stress Busting for Caregivers of Persons with Dementia class in Champaign County!

Good Afternoon, Everyone:

Please share this upcoming class information with caregivers of persons with dementia. Stress-Busting Program for Family Caregivers provides support to family caregivers, teaching them new ways to manage stress. It is an evidence-based program that is proven to reduce caregiver stress, reduce anger/hostility, reduce anxiety, and improve quality of life. I have been trained in the program, and I know I enjoyed practicing a different stress-busting technique each week!
