Participation Opportunity in Social Robot Study:
Are you interested in learning and providing feedback on the use of a social robot? The Human Factors and Aging Laboratory is conducting a research project to understand attitudes towards socially assistive robots designed to help people in their home. During the study session participants will learn about socially assistive robots, complete online questionnaires, and participate in an interview discussing their thoughts about social robots. Participation will take approximately 90- 120 minutes and will be conducted virtually through video conferencing software, Zoom. Participants will be compensated for participation.
You may be eligible to participate if:
*              Age 65+
*              Fluent in English
*              Access to a computer/tablet and internet

Hello,

I would like to let you know about a new research opportunity at the University of Illinois for adults aged 50 and older. Our study, Games for Cognitive Health in Midlife and Beyond, considers how playing simple games can support healthy aging. The study takes place at the McKechnie Family LIFE home and lasts 2 hours.
