The Urbana Free Library would like to share an invitation with those you serve to participate in our next community art project Poems Across Urbana!  The details for the program are below and I've attached a poster that can be shared.  The poster has an English, Spanish, and French version.  I'm also happy to answer any questions you have about the project.  If possible, we would appreciate you sharing the information.



Poems Across Urbana

Help The Urbana Free Library cover Urbana in poetry!  From May 15-July 5, submit a short (2-4 line), family-friendly poem of your own creation to the Library.  In August and September, the poems will be printed on yard signs and given out to the community to be displayed.

Not sure how to write a poem?  The Library will be holding workshops where community members can learn how to write poems from local poets.  Dates for future workshops are listed below:
