In an effort to reach Champaign County seniors that lack internet access or have other barriers to making a vaccine appointment, Champaign-Urbana Public Health District (CUPHD) is hosting a vaccine clinic for Champaign County residents 65 years of age or older. There are a very limited number of vaccine appointments available. First come first serve. This clinic will be held Wednesday, March 24, 2021 (tomorrow) from 8:30 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. by appointment only at CUPHD's main office at 201 W. Kenyon Rd., Champaign.



We are asking our partners to reach out to this population and assist with making appointments for this group.



To book an appointment, please call CUPHD's scheduling team at 217-531-4538 Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 and 5pm.



Please note, this clinic is ONLY for Champaign County residents that are 65 or older. Anyone who does not meet these criteria will be turned away.
