Hi, Everyone:

See below and attached for an important research study on health called Wits Wellness. It sounds like a wonderful opportunity for older adults! Any adult age 50+ who would like to participate in the series of classes is welcome to apply. There are a few locations that will be hosting the program in the east central Illinois area. Classes will be held once a week for 12 weeks and begin in August. Attached are the statewide flyer and the press release with more information. Please forward to anyone else that you think would be interested and/or could share with others.
