Please see the attached educational flier that provides information about the COVID-19 vaccine, targeted to older adults.  We are in the process of having the flier translated, but in the meantime, you are welcome to translate it based on your needs.

We encourage you to distribute this widely. Through feedback we’ve received at various provider meetings some of methods for distribution have been with home delivered meals, posting on social media/websites, posting at your locations, including in a newsletter, etc.

Thank you for your partnership in educating older adults about the COVID-19 vaccine.
