See below about an exciting update in the COVID vaccination process at CUPHD! 😊

Good morning,

Starting April 30th, CUPHD will transition to a walk-in clinic for COVID vaccinations. These walk-in clinics will be every Friday from 8:30am-3pm.

People will not need an appointment prior to arriving. We will no longer keep a partner’s referral list to call people to schedule an appointment, you can direct them to our walk-in clinic. If an individual is unable to come to CUPHD on a Friday, please refer them to another vaccination site (from weekly press release) to make an appointment.
