Good Afternoon,


The Champaign-Urbana Public Health District has 120 vaccine appointments open for Thursday & Friday of this week.


If you have clients that are interested in being vaccinated and need assistance booking an appointment, please ask them to call our scheduling line at 217-531-4538. Ask them to leave a voicemail if they do not reach a person.


We are also continuing to accept referrals from partner organizations such as yourselves for clients that may be having a hard time booking a vaccine appointment or would prefer coming to CUPHD to be vaccinated. You can collect the names and phone numbers of these individuals and send that information to me, and our scheduling team will contact them when we have open vaccine appointments.
