[SeniorTaskForce-News] Senior Task Force Meeting action plan and Alzheimer's Association update

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for attending the Senior Task Force this morning! For those of you that were not able to attend, we are going to brainstorm different aspects of the mood and social isolation concerns for older adults during the COVID-19 pandemic and try to pick a piece of the larger issue that we can tackle. Hopefully partnerships and even possible program development will come out of this discussion. Another idea may be an easier way for all of us to communicate with each other to get individual client needs met and make the fragmentation of services less burdensome for older adults.

I have an update from the Alzheimer's Association to share on Elizabeth Hagemann's behalf. "Just a brief update for now: While the Alzheimer's Association is not hosting in-person programming, we are still offering free virtual education programs and support groups.
