Visiting Project Coordinator - Kinesiology & Community Health (129317)
The Department of Kinesiology and Community Health (KCH) in the College of Applied Health Sciences (AHS) seeks a full-time (12-month) Visiting Project Coordinator. This position will coordinate project activities funded by federal and privately funded grants for joint projects between the Human Factors & Aging Laboratory and the Aging & Neurocognition Laboratory. Applications must be received by May 4, 2020 for full consideration.
The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Recruiting, screening, and scheduling of research participants; data collection; day-to-day organization of multiple research studies; assisting with information dissemination and information exchange with collaborating sites; and coordinating work schedules of lab members.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in psychology, gerontology, health, human factors, public health, or a field related to the position.
Experience: Experience conducting research with human subjects (required), preferably with older adults and/or individuals with disabilities.
