The Twenty-fifth Anniversary of Hope Meadows will be observed on Saturday, September 28th, 2019 with an open house from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A dedication of memorial bricks will be held at the Memorial Garden at 6:15 pm. We encourage everyone who is available and interested to come tour the property, socialize with our wonderful residents, and learn more about our community!
