Hello Everyone-

We look forward to reconnecting with all of you at the next Senior Task Force meeting.  It will meet next Wednesday, July 17th, at 9:09 a.m. at the Champaign Public Library Robeson Pavilion Rooms A&B.  Our topic for this month is:
Services Seniors Can Receive from the Case Coordination Unit

Care Horizons Case Coordination Unit

There will be time at the end of the meeting for people to present 1-2 minute announcements of interest to the group.
