Each month, Extension provides a free printable wellness poster that can be hung in breakrooms or bathrooms. These pieces are themed by the month and include useful information on food safety, keeping active, financial tips, parenting and much more that will help enrich people's personal and family lives. I've attached the most recent issues to give you an idea of what it looks like.

If you are interested in receiving the "Bathroom Buzz" or "Breakroom Buzz" each month, it is important to have the person who would be responsible for printing and posting it sign up for the monthly email.

Once you are added to the subscription list, we'll send you the piece at the beginning of each month so that you can print it for your office.
