Good morning Rosanna,
I have attached an application for training for the Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) and wondered if you could send it out to the Task Force members as well as those of your staff that might be interested.

The training will take place at OSF Heart of Mary in Auditorium B (just past the information desk, second door on the left) on July 19 and 20, August 1 and 2 from 9-4 each day.  All 4 days must be completed to be eligible for the test and certification.  Please return the application to me and I will submit it or of course you may submit it using the address on the application.  If you choose to send the application, please let me know so I can keep track of how many to expect.
