Hi Rosanna,

Here is the announcement on the CCMHB/DDB online needs assessment survey.  This is a follow-up to what I shared a at the task force meeting last week. Please post to the Senior Task Force  list-serv.

While not specific to the elderly, we are interested in reaching as many different providers/stakeholders who interact with the behavioral health and intellectual/developmental disability service systems as possible.

The survey will be accessible through the end of January 2018.
