Subject: NPR/AARP State Budget Town Hall

NPR and AARP IL would like to invite you to a town hall regarding the state budget impasse.  We know that no one is safe from the impacts of Springfield’s inaction to get a budget passed.  Every age and demographic is being impacted.  For this reason we are holding town halls throughout the state for people to share their stories and to let elected officials know “Enough is Enough”.  Please join us to share your story or hear about the impacts next Wednesday, May 17th at iHotel and Conference Center, 1900 S. 1st Street, Champaign.  Doors open at 5pm program starts at 6pm.
