Healthy Aging in Action: Advancing the National Prevention Strategy is a report from the Surgeon General's Office that identifies specific actions for healthy aging that help to improve health and well-being in later life.  Dr. Bobitt will share the process of creating the report which was a directive of the White House Council on Aging, and discuss the four strategic directions of the National Prevention Strategy and highlight federal and nonfederal programs that advance these strategies.
