Dear Members of the Senior Task Force:

Thank you for your help getting the word out about the online survey.  Thanks to your help, 165 people completed the survey over the Thanksgiving Holiday!

A number of you expressed interest in having a PDF version of the paper survey so that you can have copies available.  I am attaching the survey in this email.  If you are interested in paper copies of the survey, please email me and I will arrange to deliver them to you.

Additionally, our promotional postcards have been printed and I can deliver these to you as well.
