[SeniorTaskForce-News] Senior Task Force: client assistance reminder

Just a reminder for those of you that provide direct service to those age 60 and older:

Thanks to a Marajen Stevick Foundation Grant through the Community Foundation we have funds available to address unmet medical (medication, DMEs, dental, etc.) and food (grocery) needs for seniors.  Seniors may access the either fund once in situations where other funds do not exist or are insufficient to meet the person's need.  The maximum for medical needs is $200 per person and the maximum for food needs is $100 per person.

Referrals should be made to the outreach staff at the Senior Resource Center by calling 352-5100.
