Dear Friends,



Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 24, I am hosting three Senior Workshops throughout the 52nd District in an effort to bring important services directly to seniors. To attend one of these free workshops, please call my district office at (217) 355-5252.



These workshops will teach seniors how to protect against identity theft, how to check a credit report and how to file a consumer fraud complaint. Representatives from Walgreens will also be present to provide flu and pneumonia vaccinations (with valid insurance card).



Locations and times of these workshops are as follows:

  *   Rantoul: Rantoul Public Library (106 W. Flessner Ave., Rantoul, IL 61866) 9 AM - 10 AM
  *   Danville: CRIS Healthy-Aging Center (309 N. Franklin St., Danville, IL 61832) 12 PM - 1 PM
  *   Champaign: Champaign Library, Robeson Pavilion Room C (200 W. Green St., Champaign, IL 61820) 3 PM - 4 PM
