Hello All, 

Please find the attached registration brochure for the East Central
Regional Mental Health and Aging Conference to be held in Urbana, IL on
Tuesday October 25, 2011.

The theme of this year's conference is "Integrated Care:  Building
Bridges to Successful Partnerships".  I believe you will all find this
an affordable opportunity to gain CEU's and network with other
professionals working in the field of Aging and Mental Health Services.


This year the Early Registration  with a registration fee of  $28.00
deadline is October 5th.  Please have your registration Postmarked by
Oct 5th.  After that date and at the door the registration fee will be
$40.00.  Please also include your $10 fee for CEU's with your
registration form.  

You will be expected to complete a CEU form at the conference.  

I anticipate the opportunity to meet you all at the conference!
