We are hearing that dramatic cuts in services are being discussed by the
Governor's office in preparation of his budget message on February 16,
2011.

Serious consideration for cutting out all non Medicaid participants in
the Community Care Program and 1/5 of the state supported home delivered
meals are on the table, with all other services similarly being targeted

these cuts will be focused on the Department of Human Service which

 I am calling to speak against proposed cuts to human services in FY'11.
Human services has already gotten more than its share of cuts and cannot
