[SeniorTaskForce-News] To Providers - an Older Americans Month event

May is national Older Americans Month.  The Theme this year is Living
Today for a Better Tomorrow.

 

As many of you know, there will be a wellness event at Provena Center
for Healthy Aging this Friday hosted by them, Heartland, and the Senior
Resource Center at Family Service.  The event will feature 3 speakers
and activities focusing on aspects of wellness - social/spiritual,
environmental, and mental.  We would like to offer the opportunity for
any of you who are interested to have appropriate literature on an
information table for the event.  If you are interested, please contact
the Center for Healthy Aging at 337-2022 or have the information there
by 12:30 that day.  Be aware that there will only be a table or two for
information, so please keep it simple and appropriate to the topic of
wellness.
