Hi Rosanna

 

Next Tuesday, November 18, Age Wise Care Management is collaborating
with First State Bank and the Alzheimer's Foundation for National Memory
Screening Day.  We will be offering a free Memory Screening from
9am-noon at First State Bank in Champaign.  I am attaching a flyer as
well as a press release on the benefits of early screening.  Could this
