Cooking with Herbs Workshop; August 27; 10am-12pm; $5/person
Join Kay Carnes, Master Gardener and Mid-American Gardener panelist, for a morning in Allerton's Herb Garden. Workshop participants will receive a tour of the certified Herb Garden, learn how to grow herbs in our Central Illinois climate, and witness cooking demonstrations using herbs and spices in various recipes.
