Information on the Speakers Bureau Trainings has been included in my past 2 weekly announcements, but I wanted to forward this information providing more detail on this great opportunity. Please view the attached flyer for information on upcoming presentations and how to register.

If you're interested in participating in some or all of the trainings, be sure to register. Please let me know what programs you'll be listening in on. As a reminder, you'll earn CE hours for all of these.

MG Coordinators,
The first two webinars in our pilot speakers bureau series went very well. We had over 50 participants in each session from all over the state. Attached is a flyer that promotes the rest of the series, which runs every Wednesday through February. Please share with your speakers bureau volunteers.

All materials for your speakers bureau volunteers to use when presenting these programs a Box folder. Coordinators can access these files and distribute as needed to volunteers:

*         Support materials to use at programs: sign-in sheets, evaluations, tips, and other forms

*         Materials for each webinar: PowerPoint, handouts, script

*         A link to each webinar's YouTube video. These will be posted in the program's folder following the webinar. The purpose of these is to show volunteers how we present each topic. These are also available for MG continuing education hours. The YouTube videos are NOT public, so they need the link to see them.

Please let us know if you have any questions or comments. This is a pilot so we are learning as we go.
